Serta and SM Home at SM Makati spotlight the importance of better sleep, comfort, and creating a more restful home.
MANILA, PHILIPPINES — In a world that often celebrates being constantly on the go, Serta and SM Home are offering a timely reminder: sometimes, the best way to recharge is simply to slow down and rest.
The brands recently brought the conversation on better sleep closer to Filipino consumers through “The Sleep Prescription: Reset Your Rest with Serta and SM Home,” held on September 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the 5th Level of SM Makati.
The event featured sleep medicine expert Dra. Abbey Zaraspe, M.D., together with celebrity guests Ms. Ariella Arida, Ms. Ruffa Gutierrez and Mr. Jameson Blake together with Ms. Kristine Velasco, Serta Philippine’s Sales Manager who joined the conversation centered on the value of quality rest and creating a bedroom environment that encourages relaxation and renewal.
Sleep is more than simply the end of a busy day. It is an important pause between today and tomorrow—a time to recharge, settle the senses, and prepare to face another day. As lifestyles become increasingly fast-paced, creating a space that supports meaningful rest has become an essential part of everyday well-being.
A Better Bedroom Begins with Comfort
Through its partnership with SM Home at SM Makati, Serta highlights the idea that better sleep begins with creating a bedroom that feels comfortable, calming, and personal.
A supportive mattress, inviting layers, soothing surroundings, and a consistent nighttime routine can help transform an ordinary bedroom into a personal retreat. And creating a sleep-friendly space does not necessarily require major changes. Sometimes, thoughtful adjustments can make a room feel more inviting and restful.
At SM Home in SM Makati, consumers can experience Serta’s sleep solutions firsthand and discover the comfort and support that suit their individual preferences. Rather than choosing a mattress based solely on specifications, shoppers are encouraged to experience how different sleep solutions actually feel—because comfort, after all, is personal.
Making Better Sleep Part of Everyday Living
For Serta, comfort remains at the heart of the sleep experience. Together with SM Home, the brand continues to bring that experience closer to Filipino consumers while making better rest part of a broader conversation about home, lifestyle, and well-being.
The message behind “The Sleep Prescription” is simple yet meaningful: self-care does not always mean doing more. Sometimes, it means giving yourself permission to pause, put the day’s demands aside, and make room for a genuinely good night’s sleep.
Because when we rest better, we give ourselves the chance to wake up feeling renewed and ready for what comes next.
Reset your rest. Recharge your day. Make room for better sleep.
